Job summary

NOVENCO Building & Industry A/S is seeking an Office & Facility Manager to own premises operations across two sites, approx. 27,000 m², including production facilities.

You will lead Facility Management and Service teams, drive maintenance, canteen, and workplace services while delivering safe, efficient operations. We require several years in Office/Facility Management, experience with building infrastructure and service providers, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in Office/Facility Management or similar
• Experience managing technical building infrastructure and service providers
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage both operational and strategic work
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
• Structured, service-minded, hands-on with commercial/financial understanding

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for premises across two sites and daily workplace operations
• Lead Facility Management and Service teams and drive service delivery
• Oversee workplace services including canteen, meeting facilities, and employee support
• Manage external suppliers, contracts, and service levels; lead facility projects
• Develop budgets and sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and ESG outcomes
