NOV is seeking a hands-on Business Service Technician in Denmark to support daily facility operations, maintain the building, and keep kitchens clean and stocked. You will work independently in a practical, varied role and be relied upon to fix, move, or organise as needed.

This permanent part-time position offers 28 hours/week with no weekend work and a competitive salary plus healthcare, in a professional, international environment where reliability and practical mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Category B driving licence and have valid work eligibility in Denmark.
• Proficient in Danish and English communication.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in facility services or similar practical roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs and routine maintenance around the facilities.
• Set up and move furniture and equipment as required.
• Monitor and replenish stock in common areas and coffee/kitchen spaces.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and coordinate service when needed.
• Support internal moves and workplace changes as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of coffee machines and related areas.
• Ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Facility Support

• Carry out minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks around the building.
• Set up and move furniture and equipment as required.
• Perform ongoing maintenance of facilities and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor faults and maintenance issues.
• Assist with internal office moves and workspace changes.
• Support colleagues with a variety of practical ad hoc tasks.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines.
• Refill coffee, milk, and other consumables.
• Ensure coffee kitchen areas are clean, tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Resolve minor coffee machine issues and coordinate service when required.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
• Has a valid work permit and is legally authorised to work in Denmark.
• Able to communicate confidently in Danish and English.
• Experience in facility services, property maintenance, handyman work, internal services, or a similar practical role is an advantage.
• Hands‑on and practically minded with a proactive approach.
• Works independently and takes initiative when something needs attention.
• Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Service‑minded with a positive attitude towards colleagues and visitors.
• Well organised with an eye for order, quality, and detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from an office, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance or technical installations.
