Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Regional Head Europe – People Operations to lead the regional People Advisory Services and deliver integrated HR support across Europe. You will shape the employee experience and translate the global service delivery model into effective regional execution.

You will manage a regional team, partner with senior leaders, drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery against timelines and resources.

Qualifications

12-15 years of experience delivering high-quality business services, preferably HR.
HR generalist background in a large international organisation, including shared-services is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on engagement, capability building and change.

Responsibilities

Drive high-quality, integrated HR services across the region to strengthen employee experience.
Lead the regional People Advisory Services team and foster engagement and purpose.
Ensure implementation of regional structures aligned with timelines and resources.
Translate global HR service models into regional execution plans.
Review impact of global changes and implement regional adaptations with delivery leaders.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive aligned experience and improvement.
Share best practices and contribute to service performance measures with global peers.
Review regional processes, capabilities and resources against demand and tech adoption.
