• Drive and deliver integrated HR services across Europe to strengthen employee experience.
• Lead the regional People Advisory Services team and engage stakeholders to deliver regional execution.
• Ensure regional delivery aligns with global HR models, timelines and resource plans.
• Translate global operating models into practical regional plans and execution steps.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders to implement changes in regional contexts.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of service performance measures with global peers.
• Regularly review regional service delivery, capabilities and resources against demand.
