LEGO Brand Retail is looking for a Decoration Engineer to bridge graphic design and production for LEGO® Bricks. You will work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator and ESKO to convert approved graphics into production-ready artwork, ensuring correct dimensions, layers and print order.

You’ll collaborate with designers, test centers and production engineers to deliver high-quality prints. You will join a dedicated team in Billund, contributing to standardized decoration processes and future LEGO®

Competenze

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and prepress workflows.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in prepress, graphic production, printing or manufacturing.
• Ability to prepare and adapt graphics for production with correct dimensions, layers and print order.
• Knowledge of printing technologies and prepress processes; experience with pad/ Tamp o printing is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Transform 2D designs into production-ready artwork suitable for correct warp and print results.
• Adjust dimensions, layers and print order to achieve intended visuals.
• Coordinate the graphic preparation flow from approved design through testing and production.
• Collaborate with designers, test centers and production engineers to solve graphics/technical challenges.
• Ensure graphics follow established standards, rules and quality requirements.
• Support test centers with graphic adjustments during test prints.
• Document and improve processes and guidelines for standardized production.
