Job summary

SITS Group in Denmark seeks a Chief Consultant to lead and develop a team of security consultants and analysts. You will drive day-to-day operations, project delivery, and people growth, with a focus on cybersecurity, automation, and AI.

You will coach and mentor across SIEM, SOC, and SOAR, foster a people-first culture, and work with leadership and HR to enhance performance and retention in a fast-growing security practice.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading teams in IT security environments.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development.
• Ability to define and manage OKRs; Danish and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple teams (~20 members).
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews and development conversations.
• Act as trusted coach supporting a people-first, team-driven culture.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to strengthen performance and development.
• Define and drive annual OKRs aligned with business objectives.
• Promote cybersecurity excellence and proactive automation initiatives.
