Job summary

SITS | SecureDevice, a Denmark-based IT security specialist, seeks a Chief Consultant to lead and grow a team of security consultants and analysts. You will shape team performance, drive collaboration, and advance cybersecurity, automation, and AI initiatives.

You will guide day-to-day operations, mentoring, and OKR alignment while maintaining a strong culture and high employee retention. This role requires a hands-on, people-focused leader.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading a team, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and supporting professional development.
• 5 years of experience working in IT security environments and leading teams of consultants and technical specialists.
• Experience working in SIEM, SOC, and SOAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of several teams with ~20 members and ensure delivery of tasks and projects.
• Coach and mentor consultants and technical specialists through performance reviews and development conversations.
• Act as a trusted coach, solving problems and promoting a people-first culture.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to strengthen team performance and employee development.
• Define and drive annual OKRs for teams aligned with business objectives.
• Support cybersecurity excellence and automation while maintaining an engaged workforce.
