Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant / Concierge Security Engineer 2 who collaborates with senior engineers on real client projects. You’ll be the customer’s security contact for SOC incidents, analyze weaknesses, and help produce technical reports.

You’ll troubleshoot with guidance, share security best practices with non-technical contacts, and build trusted relationships while advancing your skills in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields.
• Familiarity with network security, cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, and identity management.
• Exposure to risk and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior cybersecurity engineers and contribute to real-world client projects.
• Be the customer's point of contact for security incidents reported by our SOC and analyze weaknesses with the team.
• Help create technical reports and documentation to support customer environments.
• Troubleshoot security and technical issues with guidance from your team.
• Share basic security best practices with non-technical contacts.
• Build professional, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Analyze logs and events to identify patterns or potential threats.
