Job summary
Swiss IT Security Group AG in Denmark seeks a Chief Consultant to lead and grow a team of about 20 security specialists. You will coach consultants, drive day-to-day operations, shape performance, and push forward cybersecurity, automation, and AI initiatives while upholding a people-first culture.
You will collaborate with leadership and HR to define annual OKRs, nurture talent, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading IT security teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and people-first mindset.
- Experience with SIEM, SOC, and SOAR is a plus.
- Business proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Available full-time and able to work 2–3 days/week at the office.
- Work eligibility to live in Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for multiple teams (~20 members).
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and specialists.
- Define and drive annual OKRs for teams.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to strengthen performance and development.
- Support cybersecurity excellence and automation initiatives.
