Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a hands-on Handyman / Allround Maintenance Worker to support premium retail locations in Copenhagen. You will perform repairs, preventative and reactive maintenance, and coordinate with store teams to keep sites safe, functional, and well-presented.

The role requires a practical, independent mindset, multi-skilling across building trades, and a valid driving licence. Danish language skills are preferred and a company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
• Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
• Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent Danish is preferred
• A valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
• Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
