Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.

• Good time management and task prioritization.
• Biometric passport preferred but not required.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner

• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
• Communicate with management and tenants to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements
