Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Handyman / Allround Maintenance Worker to support premium retail locations across Copenhagen. The role involves daily repairs, planned and reactive maintenance, and collaboration with store teams and contractors to keep sites safe, functional, and well-presented.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in maintenance, a broad skill set across building trades, and a practical, independent work style. Danish language is preferred and a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of handyman/maintenance/facilities experience.
• Multi-skilled across general building maintenance.
• Independent, practical, and reliable with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent Danish preferred and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
• Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
