Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 2+ years of professional engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on production experience on the shop floor.
• Ability to analyse data and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication in English with production teams.
• Analytical, systematic, hands-on approach balancing production, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyse downtime, rejects and performance trends to identify losses.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with operators.
• Apply structured problem solving to identify root causes and run trials.
• Contribute to change controls, risk assessments and documentation.
• Provide process input on equipment changes and ramp-up.
• Follow up on issues and elevate safety/quality risks.
