Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our client site in Holme, Aarhus. You will perform and support a broad range of building operations, including preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordination with tradespeople to keep systems running smoothly.

The role blends hands-on tasks with planning, safety, and documentation. You should hold a technical qualification, a B driving license, and relevant certs (forklift/telehandler).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience with a technical education.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Forklift and telehandler certificates required.
• Background in carpentry preferred but not required.
• Ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and perform operational tasks.
• Coordinate service work with external tradespeople and vendors.
• Document completed tasks and ensure compliance with safety regs.
• Plan preventive maintenance and review work orders.
• Assist with emergency response and safety initiatives.
