Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg is seeking a Handyman to maintain and repair facilities, structures and equipment in Aarhus. You will perform routine tasks, troubleshoot issues and complete repairs promptly while keeping accurate records.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years in a similar role, ability to read manuals/blueprints, own tools, and a valid work permit for Aarhus or willingness to obtain. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Replace light bulbs and change air filters.
• Repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures and electrical appliances.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine best repair actions.
• Keep records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Communicate with clients to update repair progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
