Job summary

IFS is seeking a seasoned GTM Lead for AI Optimisation to drive the PSO, MSO, and WISE portfolio globally. You will own the GTM plan, coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners, and craft a unified narrative that links multiple products into a single offering.

You will lead strategic deals and campaigns, build scalable playbooks, and measure pipeline, win rates, and revenue growth across regions. A strong AI and enterprise software background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies for complex software products.
• Strong ability to translate AI/optimisation concepts into commercial propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global GTM strategy for the Optimisationportfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE).
• Shape roadmap priorities, packaging, and monetisation based on market feedback.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
