Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 5-8 years in portfolio management, business planning, consulting, project/change management or related.
• Experience creating and QA-ing portfolio/product/financial data, analyses, reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems, plan/workstreams, drive improvements and coach stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance and annual planning cycles.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation and communication skills with sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with ADI areas to manage activity portfolios aligned with strategy and value-based decisions.
• Turn portfolio data into actionable insights, dashboards and presentations for governance forums.
• Own and evolve concepts and tools like cost models, value framework and Playbook; keep Azure DevOps environment current.
• Lead end-to-end improvement projects to automate concepts, tools and processes; test AI-enabled tooling for data quality and UX.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working around annual planning by coaching stakeholders across the matrix.
