BTR Personnel services AB invites an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. The role spans operations, retail, marketing, business development, data, systems, and growth, blending execution with strategic initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end processes, coordinate with warehouses, retailers, and partners, and develop data-driven insights to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills are highly valuable.
• Experience with food, retail, Amazon, logistics, distributors, or growing companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations & Execution, New Business Development, Marketing & Brand Growth, BI & Analytics, and Systems & Automation.
• Coordinate supplier orders, inventory, and retailer communications.
• Build dashboards and analyze sales, inventory, and marketing results.
• Develop scalable processes and SOPs, with opportunities for automation.
