Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Next Generation Products team, shaping the global product portfolio and identifying strategic growth opportunities. You will report to the Head of Business Development and work cross-functionally to drive portfolio strategy and expansion.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business development and/or project management in multinational FMCG.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of growth opportunities.
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
Excellent project management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead category development and implement strategies for next generation products.
Identify opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to drive growth.
Guide cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives.
Leverage market insights to evolve the product portfolio and plan roadmaps.
