Job summary

Bondora is seeking a Senior Social & Content Manager to lead our end-to-end social strategy across markets. You will own the editorial calendar, content distribution, and creator programs, partnering with brand, product marketing, and country teams to drive measurable demand.

You will shape an AI-enabled content engine, ensure platform-native formats, manage agencies and creators, and turn data into growth actions across owned, earned, and paid surfaces.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles, ideally fintech or digital businesses.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows and AI-enabled content engines.
• Strong editorial judgment and brand-consistent storytelling, especially at scale with AI.
• Senior-level social media proficiency across multiple platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical capability to turn data into editorial/distribution decisions.
• Experience managing external content ecosystems (agencies, creators, influencers).
• Balance of editorial craft and systems thinking across marketing, product, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bondora's social media end-to-end across markets and elevate it as a growth channel.
• Own editorial calendar and content distribution across owned, earned, and creator surfaces.
• Produce content in-house with Brand team; manage agencies and UGC creators end-to-end.
• Architect and operate AI-driven content engine: ideation, planning, production, repurposing, listening, analysis.
• Run social, content, and share-of-voice analytics to drive decisions.
• Moderate and respond to community interactions daily.
