• Experience in product-led growth, CRO, or growth product management.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort designing and reading experiments.
• Ability to translate product launches into growth experiments and user value.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel optimisation across signup, onboarding, pricing, and in-product conversion.
• Design, run, and analyse structured growth experiments end to end.
• Collaborate with data science to spot opportunities and blind spots in the conversion path.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate product launches into growth experiments and user value.
• Own the conversion funnels of our website; signup flow, pricing page and checkout.
