Job summary

Deel is seeking a passionate Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape the future of our products. You will lead growth-focused design across initiatives, partnering with product, engineering, data, and marketing to ensure measurable impact on activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

You will mentor designers, contribute to design system strategy, and bring clarity to complex problems while leveraging AI-enabled features to improve the user journey.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer, including 2+ years as a Staff Product Designer or equivalent.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with prototyping expertise.
• Portfolio demonstrating experiments and measurable outcomes (onboarding, onboarding, pricing or subscription features).
• AI curiosity with experience designing AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth design initiatives across multiple projects with clear metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test hypotheses and iterate on experiences.
• Partner with design systems teams to ensure growth needs are met with consistent motion and transitions.
• Design, prototype, and test rapidly using data insights and A/B testing frameworks.
