Job summary

Noteless is hiring to own our CRM and lifecycle marketing across Europe. You will start by running CRM for 12 months while our CRM & Customer Intelligence Manager is on leave, with a view to a permanent role as the company grows.

You will manage day-to-day CRM and lifecycle marketing across markets, build journeys from onboarding to reactivation, run end-to-end campaigns, and keep data clean. Strong English and Danish or Norwegian are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, engineering or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or digital marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot, Customer.io or similar tools is a strong plus.
• Analytical and comfortable working with customer and campaign data.
• Structured, detail-oriented and quick to learn new tools.
• Demonstrates ownership and proactive execution.
• Strong written and spoken English and Danish or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM and lifecycle marketing across all markets, and drive activation, retention and reactivation.
• Build and improve journeys and automations from onboarding to reactivation.
• Run campaigns end to end, from segmentation and testing to reporting on results.
• Keep customer data clean and ensure lead routing works smoothly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth and Customer Success and solve problems as they arise.
