Job summary

Karnov Group Denmark is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee financial controlling for TECH development projects across the Group. You will ensure IFRS 38 compliance and support intercompany invoicing and transfer pricing within Karnov's governance model.

You will collaborate with Group PPMO, Group TECH and FP&A, driving budgeting, month-end analyses and cross-border business-case support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Finance Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting.
• Ambition for own development and driving development.
• Positive, optimistic and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling of TECH development projects across the Group.
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with IFRS 38.
• Support intercompany invoicing and transfer pricing compliance.
• Assist budgeting, month-end reporting and business-case analyses.
