Zusammenfassung

Karnov Group seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead financial control of TECH development projects across the organisation. You will ensure IFRS 38 compliance, coordinate intercompany invoicing, and support transfer pricing principles.

You will collaborate with the Group PPMO and Group TECH, assist with budgeting, and perform spend versus budget analysis for month-end reporting. A global, cross-functional role with development opportunities and a strong governance focus.

Qualifikationen

• Finance Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

About the job

Do you see yourself supporting and monitoring group wide TECH development projects in Karnov from project business case preparation through financial accounting, transfer pricing compliance and audit? Your primary focus will be on financial controlling of TECH development projects across the Group. You will be working closely with Group PPMO and Group TECH. You assure efficiency and compliance with IFRS 38 in a pragmatic way. You facilitate and monitor intercompany invoicing of group internal development services and support compliance with Karnov Group Transfer Pricing principles. You support PPMO estimating and monitoring project costs as well as you support the project sponsors preparing business cases. Finally you will support our Group FP&A team and the TECH controller in the budget process and do actual spend versus budget analysis for month end management reporting.

To succeed as Group Financial Controller, it is necessary that you are self-driven, proactive and take responsibility for several finance tasks with a keen sense of high quality and attention to details in deliveries. You listen to and understand different perspectives while acting upon and making decisions securing that we work towards a shared an agreed governance model for group development projects. You are robust and able to handle disagreements and incorporate improvements. To do so you utilize your strong communication capabilities and your strong collaboration skills when working across borders and within different cultures in the Group. You bring your relevant experience, your structured mindset, your analytical abilities, and your detail-oriented and systematic approach into play on a daily basis when participating and engaging with cross-functional colleagues locally as well as regionally.

Besides the above you succeed in the role if you have

• A Finance Master´s degree in accounting or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience from group accounting
