Qualifications

• Experienced interim finance manager with strong leadership in business control and accounting.

Responsibilities

• 50% Business Control: Overseeing trade spend, follow-up and ensuring accurate postings.
• 50% Accounting and Compliance: Managing month-end closings, year-end reporting, and audit coordination.
• Optimizing processes and collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
• Managing liquidity and performing cash flow analysis.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the annual audit and year-end financial processes.
• Hands-on approach with focus on operational efficiency and financial leadership.
