Job summary

Flügger group A/S is seeking a Group Quality Specialist to harmonize quality standards across production sites and functions. Based at either our Kolding factory or our head office in Rødovre, you will join the QHSE team to drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

You will translate data into executive reports, act as an internal consultant for process optimization, and support global functions with structured problem-solving and quality methodologies across countries.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of QMS, continuous improvement, and root cause methodologies.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train, influence, and support teams across functions.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

About The Role

As our Group Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in harmonizing and elevating our quality and process standards across our production sites and functions. You will be a part of Flüggers QHSE team and will be based either at our factory in Kolding or at our head office location in Rødovre.

A vital part of your responsibility will also be ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, securing that the correct procedures are in place and used by the organization. Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable quality reports for executive management will be another main task. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted internal consultant, supporting other global functions with process optimization, structured problem‑solving, and quality methodologies. You will be supporting the development of Flüggers Global Quality Culture where operational excellence and quality ownership are embedded in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
