Job summary

Flügger Group is seeking a Group Quality Specialist to harmonize and elevate quality standards across production sites and functions. Based at the Kolding factory or our head office in Rødovre, you will drive ISO 9001 compliance and translate data into actionable reports for executive leadership.

You will act as a trusted internal consultant, supporting global functions with process optimization and structured problem-solving. Collaboration across countries is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management in manufacturing environments.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is required.
• Fluency in Danish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data, trends, and claims to drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and drive CAPA activities.
• Train colleagues in quality tools and foster a quality mindset across the organization.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through updated standards, procedures and documentation.
• Lead Management Review processes and prepare monthly quality performance reports.
