Job summary

European LifeCare Group (ELCG) seeks an experienced Group CFO to lead finance across Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden as it scales and professionalises. You’ll partner with the CEO and Board, drive FP&A, governance and data-driven decision-making, and steer acquisitions and digital initiatives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

You will oversee ERP, consolidation and BI/reporting implementations, manage senior finance teams across geographies, and work closely with owners

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience
5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CFO or Finance Director
Experience from international, multi-entity organisations in growth or transformation environments
Experience with private equity-owned companies and acquisitions is advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management at executive level

Responsibilities

Lead Group Finance including FP&A, Controlling and Finance Operations
Develop a group-wide operating model with governance, transparency and commercial focus
Drive financial planning, performance management and data-driven decision-making
Act as strategic partner to CEO and owners, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution
Support commercial development, acquisitions, integration and digital transformation across markets
Shape an entrepreneurial, fast-moving organisation with emphasis on speed, pragmatism and ownership
