The LEGO Group in Billund is seeking an Decoration Engineer – Graphic Prepress Specialist to convert approved designs into production-ready artwork for LEGO bricks. You will predominantly use Adobe Illustrator, ESKO, and Automation Engine to ensure accurate dimensions, print order and layer setup for testing and production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in prepress/graphic production.
• Experience preparing graphics for production with correct dimensions, layers and print order.
• Strong understanding of printing technologies and prepress processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Structured, process-driven with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration across design, engineering and production.

Responsabilités

• Use Adobe Illustrator and ESKO to prepare graphics for testing and production.
• Transform 2D designs into production-ready artwork for LEGO bricks.
• Adjust artwork for dimensions, layers and print order to ensure correct output.
• Coordinate the graphic preparation flow from approved design to testing and production.
• Collaborate with designers, test centers and production engineers to solve challenges.
• Ensure adherence to standards, rules and quality requirements.
• Support test center with adjustments and sparring during test prints.
• Document and optimize processes for standardization and smoother production.
