The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer to develop fully automated processing equipment for decorating, pre-assembling and coating LEGO bricks. You will take equipment from concept to detailed design, balancing performance, safety and maintainability, and collaborate with project teams and partners to deliver scalable automation across manufacturing stages.

Formación

• Experience in developing fully automated, high-speed and high-precision manufacturing equipment from early concepts through detailed design and implementation.
• Proficient with mechanical design using CAD tools and technical document management systems, for example Siemens NX and Teamcenter or similar.
• The ability to contribute to technical decisions, planning and structured problem solving.
• Experience with testing, validation and systematic problem solving.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve shared success.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop fully automated processing equipment for decorating, pre-assembling and coating LEGO bricks.
• Take equipment from concept through detailed design and implementation, balancing performance, safety, quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with project teams and partners, including project managers, equipment engineers, platform owners, production sites, procurement and external suppliers.
• Help develop next-generation processing platforms with greater use of automation, robotics and digital technologies.
