LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Decoration Engineer who turns creative graphics into production-ready solutions for LEGO Bricks. You will use Adobe Illustrator and ESKO to prepare designs for testing and production, ensuring correct dimensions, print order and warp for high-quality output.

You will collaborate with designers, test center specialists and production engineers to maintain standards and optimise processes, with a hybrid work model in Billund.

Competenze

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, ESKO and Automation Engine is an advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in prepress, graphic production, printing or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience preparing and adapting graphics for production, with good understanding of dimensions, layers and print order.

Mansioni

• Use Adobe Illustrator and ESKO to prepare and adapt graphics for testing and production.
• Transform 2D graphic designs into production-ready artwork with correct warp for LEGO Bricks.
• Prepare graphics by adjusting dimensions, layers and print order to achieve the intended visual result.
• Coordinate the graphic preparation flow from approved design through testing and production.
• Collaborate with designers, test center specialists and production engineers to solve graphic and technical challenges.
• Ensure graphic preparation follows established standards, rules and quality requirements.
• Support the test center with graphic adjustments and sparring during test print.
• Optimize and document processes and guidelines, contributing to standardisation and smooth production flow.
