Job summary

Bavarian Nordic A/S is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join the Material Receipt team in Quality Control on a temporary parental leave cover until 30 September 2027. You will handle reception, sampling, and lifecycle management of samples and materials, ensuring GMP and internal SOP compliance while collaborating across QC and with external CMOs.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated environments is essential.
• Structured, detail-oriented work style with accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication in a team.
• Proficient in Danish and English for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update routine and non-routine jobs in the LIMS system
• Receive samples from Production and external CMOs and sample raw materials
• Aliquot product samples and raw materials, maintain reference samples
• Manage internal and external sample requests and supplier complaints
• Ensure GMP and internal procedure compliance, support continuous improvement
