Job summary

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join the Material Receipt team within Quality Control on a temporary parental leave cover until 30 September 2027. You will manage reception, sampling and lifecycle of samples and materials to support manufacturing and QC activities.

The role requires GMP experience in a regulated environment, a solid laboratory background, and strong collaboration and communication skills in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Educated as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent
• GMP-regulated environment experience preferred in QC or pharma manufacturing
• Structured and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
• Proactive with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Able to work in Danish and English

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update routine and non-routine jobs in the LIMS system
• Receive samples from Production and CMOs, and sample raw materials
• Aliquot product samples and maintain reference samples
• Manage internal and external sample requests and supplier complaints
• Ensure GMP and internal procedures compliance and support continuous improvement
