Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a globally minded Vice President of Strategy & Transformation to shape and implement long-term strategy, reporting to the CFO. Based in Billund or Copenhagen, you will lead a ~40-person team in strategy development, business development, and programme management, translating priorities into sustainable business impact.

Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent results.
Deep experience from a leading global management consultancy.
Experience in an internal strategy department or line function within FMCG/retail.
Proven track record as an executive people leader and team developer.
Strong cross-market, cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be recognised as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
Lead projects from scoping to recommendations, independently or with partners.
Oversee a network of internal partners across projects and change management.
Oversee reporting on projects across the LEGO Group and contribute to yearly planning.
Provide direction and development to direct reports to keep them motivated.
