Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree with relevant specialization; Master of science degree preferred.
• Minimum requirement of 12 or more years of experience in clinical operations.
• Experience leading and managing complex global clinical projects/programs.
• Experience managing internal and external (CRO, regulatory) teams.
• Experience with operational management and budget planning.
• Global clinical program level experience required.
• Experience within oncology is preferred.
• 2+ years as Clinical Operations representative in CDTs or GPTs preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop CTMs and CTAs, fostering professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure adequate resourcing and succession planning within the team.
• Collaborate with GTLs on trial activities for direct reports.
• Support trial deliverables through coaching and mentoring of CTMs/CTAs.
• Lead process improvements for trial efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH and regulatory requirements.
