Job summary

Genmab is seeking an AD, Clinical Research Scientist to lead or co-lead global clinical trials in multiple stages, coordinating with the Medical Director and cross-functional teams. The role includes developing trial strategies, CDPs, and regulatory documents to support registration and commercialization of compounds.

The candidate will oversee data management plans, participate in site selection, and contribute to publications while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in clinical research with at least 4+ years in drug development (oncology/hematology preferred).
• Significant experience in a project-oriented matrixed environment.
• Proven performance in prior roles and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead clinical trials across therapeutic areas with Medical Director and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and contribute to CDP and trial strategy and documentation (protocols, ICF, IB, safety updates).
• Oversee data management deliverables and MDRP, and summarize efficacy/safety data.
