Job summary

Genmab seeks a Senior Manager for CTD&T to drive disclosure behavior across global and national regulations within the portfolio. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure responsible disclosure and high-quality transparency, balancing regulatory demands with Genmab’s mission.

The role combines operational oversight with strategic thinking, requiring strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and clear communication across functions to protect patient trust

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical trial disclosure experience.
• Strong knowledge of disclosure requirements, technology, and platforms.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain disclosure of clinical trial protocols and results on ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, and other registries.
• Provide guidance on redaction activities.
• Develop plain language results summaries.
• Stay updated on industry guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Oversee SOP updates and process improvements; ensure adherence to standards.
• Liaise with clinical CROs to ensure consistent messaging across registries.
• Deliver training on Genmab’s disclosure processes to internal staff and CROs/vendors.
