Job summary

Genmab, based in Copenhagen, seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Planning to support Clinical Trial Teams with timeline management across the portfolio. You will own Planisware enablement, standardize MSP templates, and create clear visuals to guide trial execution and governance decisions.

The role partners with Global Trial Leaders and Development Program Managers to ensure data integrity, structured insights, and consistent planning practices across studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years in clinical trial operations, project management, trial planning, or related roles.
• Experience driving planning system adoption and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing or standardizing planning templates, tools, or reporting frameworks across multiple studies.
• Strong understanding of portfolio-level planning and governance expectations.
• Advanced analytical capability and ability to provide structured execution insight to leadership forums.

Responsibilities

• Planisware Enablement & Trial Support: drive Planisware use; align trial plans with assumptions, dependencies and execution strategy; GTLs remain accountable.
• MS Project (MSP) Template Ownership & Standardization: develop and maintain MSP Trial Planning template; ensure alignment with Planisware and governance standards.
• Data Visualization: deliver clear visualization templates from Planisware/MSP data showing milestones and activities.
• Process & Tool Adoption: serve as Planisware SME; train GTLs; promote standardized planning methodologies and visuals.
• Governance Awareness & Decision Support: prepare timeline views for governance forums; identify triggers and translate data into concise visuals.
