Job summary

Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) seeks a Project Director - Terminal Development to oversee new terminal developments, delivering on time and within budget under the Chief Technical Officer's guidance.

You will coordinate inputs from civil, equipment, IT, terminal efficiency, treasury, legal and risk; build relationships with joint venture partners; recruit and manage project teams; and ensure smooth transfer of responsibility to operations after commissioning.

Qualifications

• Senior executive with experience handling large-scale terminal or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in container terminals or similar infrastructure at senior level preferred.
• Proven leadership across joint ventures, internal functions, suppliers and contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English with concise presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment of new terminal opportunities including layout, specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from civil, equipment, IT, terminal efficiency, treasury, legal and risk to lead the organization inputs into new terminal developments.
• Build effective relationships with joint venture partners in new terminal developments.
• Recruit and manage new terminal project teams responsible for on-site management of the development.
• Coordinate procurement and management of contractors and suppliers to new terminal developments.
• Coordinate integration with TiL and terminal business management for handover to operations.
