Job summary

TiL group in Aarhus seeks a Project Development Director to lead the greenfield Aarhus Container Terminal. You will oversee the entire infrastructure program from conceptual studies to start-up, coordinating civil works, electrical infrastructure, dredging and permitting.

Based in Aarhus, you will steer multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, engage lenders and stakeholders, and drive risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in managing complex infrastructure projects in Denmark.
• Experience with civil works, electrical infrastructure, dredging, and permitting.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Steer multi-disciplinary project teams across civil, electrical, and environmental work.
• Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget and to lender requirements.
• Manage plans, schedules, risks, and reporting to stakeholders.
