Job summary

Maersk Aarhus Terminals seeks a senior finance leader to connect financial performance with operational decisions in a site leadership context. This office-based role collaborates with the Terminal Managing Director and the wider management team to steer planning, risk management, and governance.

You will drive FP&A, budgeting, and performance insights, lead finance professionals, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across procurement and legal matters within the terminal operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial business partnering at corporate or terminal level.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the terminal finance function across accounting, control and risk, planning, performance management, and governance.
• Act as strategic business partner to the Terminal Managing Director and senior management.
• Drive financial planning, investment analysis, and data-based decision support.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial information compliant with controls.
• Oversee procurement and legal matters while developing the finance team.
