Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Procurement Excellence within Corporate Procurement. You will lead highly complex technology implementation projects, including AI initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to business units across regions.

The role focuses on delivering value and aligning stakeholders at all levels. You will build executive-level relationships, manage risks, and guide project teams to successful outcomes while fostering an international mindset and change

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with consulting toolbox, frameworks and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Experience in large, global technology implementation projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Lead highly complex technology implementation projects, AI initiatives and related programs for Procurement Excellence.
Anchor project outcomes with clear responsibilities and value realization.
Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across regions and business units.
Align business unit needs with global strategy and drive cross-regional coordination.
Analyze complex project data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Communicate project status and insights to executives; manage expectations.
Mentor less experienced colleagues and act as sparring partner on projects.
