Job summary

Novo is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Procurement Excellence to lead highly complex, global technology implementations and AI initiatives. You will partner with executives and business units to align needs with global strategy, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure value realization across cross-regional programs.

You will manage multiple complex projects, mentor teams, and communicate progress to executive leadership while navigating a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with consulting toolbox, frameworks and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience in large, global technology implementation projects end-to-end.
• People management experience leading a team or project team.
• Strong project management, prioritisation, risk and issue management at a strategic level.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive leadership and global audiences.
• International mindset and ability to drive change globally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute highly complex technology implementation projects, AI initiatives, coordinating activities and resources to deliver on time and objectives.
• Anchor project outcomes with clear responsibilities and ensure value realization.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and act as primary contact for cross-regional needs.
• Align business unit needs with global strategy and oversee data analysis to drive better decisions.
• Communicate project status and insights to executive leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and develop less experienced colleagues and act as sparring partner to other projects.
