Job summary

The World Health Organization (WHO) European Regional Office (EURO) in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking an International Consultant, Organizational Psychologist/Coach, to support team development and well-being.

The consultant will lead team development sessions, help identify psychosocial risks, and support teams in adapting to change to bolster staff welfare and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Essential: Master’s degree in organizational psychology or related social science with coaching/facilitation background.
• Accreditation as a coach, facilitator, or trainer from a recognized professional organization is required.
• Desirable: ICF or EMCC PCC or Senior Practitioner accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to eight team development sessions per assigned team.
• Observe and discuss psychosocial risks within teams and interpret risk assessment results.
• Participate in regular intervision sessions with other coaches.
• Total time commitment per team is ~10 days including prep, coordination, sessions, and intervision.
