Job summary

WHO - World Health Organization in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Technical Associate to provide specialized administrative support across resource mobilization and programme management. You will act as the CEM system superuser and coordinate day-to-day activities with WHO/Europe teams.

Essential duties include preparing proposals, maintaining filing systems, and guiding staff on funding processes while ensuring timely communications and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Essential: Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Desirable: Higher education courses in office administration/management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized administrative support regarding resource mobilization processes and tools.
• Act as superuser of the Contributor Engagement Management (CEM) system for WHO/Europe.
• Support day-to-day programme management, financial and administrative functions, and communications with technical programmes.
• Organize in-house training on CEM usage for RO and country offices.
• Prepare background materials and briefing documents as needed.
• Maintain the unit's electronic filing system and reference materials.
• Liaise with WHO HQ units (CRM and PRP) on resource mobilization questions including CEM.
• Prepare routine correspondence and standard letters of donation; analyze incoming correspondence and deadlines.
• Coordinate leave and support for procurement and travel in line with workplans.
