Job summary

Pandora is seeking a strategic leader for the Global Talent Center of Excellence in Copenhagen to shape the executive talent agenda and drive transformation across Talent Strategy and Talent Attraction. You will partner with senior leaders and own the enterprise hiring and assessment standards globally, including governance and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong business strategy experience with structured transformation tracking.
• Expertise in Talent Attraction and Assessment governance and standards.
• Proven ability to align TA leaders across a global matrix organization.
• Data-literate, able to drive decisions with hiring KPIs.
• Hands-on approach with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Credible with senior stakeholders and confidential executive topics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP Talent to enable the executive talent agenda and transformation milestones.
• Coordinate the annual talent wheel and KPIs tracking for the COE.
• Own enterprise hiring and assessment strategy, governance, and platforms globally.
• Lead multi-year Talent Attraction transformation in processes, tools, and data.
