Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Corporate Strategy & Business Development. You will shape long-term strategic direction, identify and execute external opportunities, and partner with CEO and Executive Management to create durable value.

The role demands senior leadership, deep business understanding, and a proven ability to translate strategy into decisions, partnerships and high-impact transactions at a global scale.

Formación

• Proven track record of shaping enterprise strategy and guiding senior decision-making.
• Experience leading complex partnerships, transactions or acquisitions.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to assess opportunities and risks.
• Ability to advise and challenge the CEO and Executive Management constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and regular review of Novo Nordisk's corporate strategy with the CEO and Executive Management.
• Shape strategic choices on where to compete and how to win for long-term growth.
• Oversee the full business development value chain: identification, due diligence, valuation, execution, and integration.
• Coordinate internal capabilities with external opportunities including partnerships and acquisitions.
• Ensure governance and accountability for value creation across BD activities.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organisation across Corporate Strategy and BD.
