Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark is seeking two Supply Chain Project Managers to join the Serialisation & UDI or the Improvement & Implementations teams within Global Logistics and Distribution.

You will drive regulatory, logistics and master data projects with global reach, translating complex needs into clear decisions and timely delivery.

The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with IT and business partners across sites in Denmark and beyond.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supply chain experience in logistics or master data.
• PM experience expected, 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to work with IT systems and understand logistics/data.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain and regulatory implementation projects.
• Lead 3PL implementations within Novo’s logistics setup.
• Translate technical information into clear messages for structured decisions.
• Support master data activities across logistics, product and outbound flows.
• Work closely with IT on integrations and data-related tasks.
• Coordinate stakeholders globally and distinguish must-have vs nice-to-have.
