Job summary

Novo Nordisk, located in Bagsværd near Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager (gn). You will lead cross-functional projects for aseptic manufacturing, driving new technologies, machines, processes, and production-line improvements from concept to implementation.

You will join the Project Management Office in Bagsværd as part of Business Support and Inspection, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key site initiatives that improve patient

Qualifications

• A relevant degree, preferably in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give clear direction while keeping momentum through changing priorities.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient spoken and understood Danish, as you will work closely with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Engage and align internal and external stakeholders around clear goals and decisions.
• Establish project plans, milestones, governance and reporting that keep work moving.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, resources and dependencies, and speak up early when things stall.
• Track project performance and follow through on delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Communicate progress, challenges and decisions plainly to the people who need to know.
